Shipping & Dispatch

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We may expand to other regions in the future.

Shipping is free on all orders in the UK. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery takes an estimated 5 to 7 business days. In total, expect your order within 6 to 9 business days from purchase.

We ship with Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri (Hermes). All orders are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact our support team for assistance.
Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items and hygiene products such as socks or underwear are not returnable unless unopened and unused.

- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items: Clokato pays for return shipping.
- Change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted items: you cover the return shipping cost.
To start a return, email our customer service info@clokato.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization form and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

Once your return is received and approved, we process refunds within 7 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks may take additional time to complete the transfer.
Order Changes & Exchanges

You may cancel your order before it has shipped. If it has already been dispatched, you can return it after delivery following our policy.

Yes, exchanges are possible if the product qualifies under our return policy. Contact support to arrange an exchange.

If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will arrange a replacement. If your item is damaged or defective, send photos within 48 hours of receipt. After review, we provide a replacement or a full refund.
